PRIVATE REFERRALS

Your GP, medical professional or other healthcare provider can refer you to Orthotic Active privately.

ACC REFERRALS

If you have suffered an injury that is covered by ACC, your specialist will be able to refer you to Orthotic Active.

PUBLIC HEALTH FUNDED REFERRALS

Some public hospital doctors can refer you to the Orthotic Centre.

ORTHOTIC ASSESSMENT CLINIC

Patients with long-term disabilities requiring assessment for orthotic supports or surgical footwear.
